COBALT BLUE is a High concentrate specially formulated solution made for Ultrasonic Cleaning in various applications. Cobalt Blue is a mildly alkaline liquid cleaner for the removal of soils such as grease, oils, drawing compounds, lubricants, buffing compounds such as gray star, white diamond, Tripoli Rouge, lime, etc., from precious metals and semi-precious metals such as rhodium, platinum copper, brass and precious stones without the use of ammonia or other harsh chemicals. Solution is for use in an agitated tanks or ultrasonic applications. DIRECTIONS: MIX WITH WATER CONCENTRATIONS: 5-10% BY VOLUME TEMP: 120-140F TIME: VARIABLE EXACT CONCENTRATION WILL DEPEND UPON THE EXTENT OF THE BUILD-UP AND AGE OF THE BUFFING OR POLISHING COMPOUND. Ultrasonic applications: Set the transducers to the optimum efficiency and degas thoroughly. When uniform cavitation is achieved, BLUE is ready for use, clean parts for 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the soil conditions. RINSE CLEANED PARTS WITH WATER and or USE A STEAMER TO REMOVE ANY RESIDUE FULLY.
