First, Remove spray bottle from the outer casing by using a pen or pencil to push it out from the bottom. Then, twist spray head counter clockwise to remove. Pour refill into bottle and close securely. How often do I need to refill? It holds 0,35oz screen cleaning solution, which is enough for approx. 180 sprays. To clean a device you need 1-3 sprays depeding on the size of the screen. If you clean you device once every day, you will need to refill the bottle every 2-3 months. Can I wash the microfiber? Remove the spray bottle from the casing. Run the dirty microfiber under cool or warm (not hot) water, and rub the microfiber between your fingers to help release the dirt.
