Two types of blades are available: "Hikimawashi" for pulling and "Oshimawashi" for pushing. Sharp Japanese steel blade. It provides a smooth cutting. with light force. It is called "Hikimawashi" or "Mawashibiki" and used with pulling force. The handle is made of natural beechwood. The curved shape fits in your hand.
