The NMC accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, has a red, white, and black "Danger" logo on both sides for high visibility, and has blank lined areas for writing in task-specific details, providing the ability to attach a customized warning at a specific location to help improve workplace safety. The tag warns against unauthorized removal and can be written on to add notes and identify the persons responsible and the project date. This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
