These hydrometers, with a convenient, built-in, mercury-free thermometer, come in a wide range of models measuring the relative density (specific gravity) of oil and petroleum related products in various ranges from -1 degrees to 101 degreesAPI in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. Made of lead free ballast and glass, these combined form thermo-hydrometers are 381mm (15") long and contain an enclosed thermometer with a temperature scale of 0/150 degrees F and blue spirit organic liquid fill. They are individually serialized and conform to the accuracy requirements for ASTM thermo-hydrometers. Temperature standardization is 60 degrees F (15 degrees C).
