Our engineering department started to make the mold and after 10 times of improvement we finally produced a cushion with a size that fits most of our customers, but of course it doesn't fit all people, because it's hard to adjust to all people, right? Finally we worked with Dr. Leon Davis to confirm a perfect solution: the intention to design an ergonomic gel aero tailbone -memory foam cushion. We found the special memory foam used by NASA to protect astronauts and improved the density. After 37 experiments, we finally succeeded in developing a high-density aviation memory foam material that is comfortable, soft and supportive enough, and we defined it as Ifoam. In May 2016, our customer feedback center colleague SAM and asked our cushion can not produce too much heat, and to be comfortable, the most important must be supportive and not flat, at the same time he also asked our R & D must take into account the convenience of carrying, to prevent sliding, etc., when he left our colleagues were broken!
