Open the printer case. When the cartridge move to the position of replacement cartridge and remove it. Open the printhead locking lever (shown by the red arrow) and take out the printhead.Heat the water in the glass in the microwave to 130 ?-140 ?, and then put the cleaning fluid bottle in the hot water to heat up. Find a container slightly longer than the printhead(like a plastic flat cover). Pour in the cleaning solution. The depth of the cleaning solution in the container is 2 mm. (Note: the solution should not be more than 2 mm. Once cleaning fluid level exceeds 2 mm, the solution may enter the printhead circuit and damage the printhead.Leave the printhead soaked in the container for 8 hours. Inhale 10ML cleaning fluid into the syringe.Insert the syringe into the ink inlet corresponding to the color to be cleaned(Take yellow inking entry for example).Push the handle of the syringe to inject the cleaning liquid into the printhead, then repeatedly push and pull the plunger of the syringe for 4 times. (Use a container to catch the waste cleaning fluid under the nozzle to keep the table clean.) After soaking, wipe away the liquid on the printhead, and make sure the printhead is totally dry. Note: If the liquid on the printhead is not totally dry, it may cause short circuit and damage the printhead.After installing the ink cartridge, select "Maintenance" -> “Print Head Cleaning” in the Printer driver. To start the cleaning cycle, and then print the “Printer Test Page” to check if the printhead is clean.
